Rent Registry is an online resource. It allows stakeholders to easily access and review rental housing market information.
Housing providers can register their housing accommodations or rental units, file notices, rent adjustments, and eviction notices.
Tenants may file for elderly tenant or tenant with a disability exemption, tenant petitions, check a housing accommodation’s registration status, and rent adjustment notifications.
Public users can search detailed property, rent adjustments, and overall market data.
